Assess the actual demand in the area and compare it with existing charging stations to develop an optimal solution based on EV traffic data and station performance.

On-site location visit

ChargePoint's technical team will conduct an on-site visit and assessment to ensure the feasibility and efficiency of installing a charging station at the selected location.

Consultation for investment plan

Provide a detailed cost estimate, financial plan (P&L), and projected payback period to provide investors with a clear investment plan and support informed decision-making aligned with their investment goals.

Charging station design

Coordinate with construction contractors and develop a preliminary site layout to ensure a smooth installation process and an optimally designed charging station tailored to the investor’s space.

Operational training

After installation is complete, ChargePoint's team will conduct a thorough technical inspection to ensure everything is operating smoothly before the station goes live. We will also guide investors on system operation, customer service, and troubleshooting—following V-GREEN’s standard procedures.

PR & marketing

ChargePoint's team will support investors in planning communications, promotions, and the launch of the charging station—helping attract customers from day one to ensure efficient and successful operations.
